Conference Sales Manager
Key responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue through sales and develop new business opportunities
  • Telesales to potential exhibitors to meet and exceed sales revenue targets
  • Keep abreast of market developments and identifying and researching new growth areas for sales
  • Handle enquiries on the telephone and by post, producing mailings and general office correspondence
  • Sell exhibition space to new exhibitors over the telephone and face to face where required
  • Attend Pincaux Exhibitions events and competitor events (both domestically and internationally) thereby maintaining relationships, expanding the database and prospecting for new business
  • Where necessary carry out face-to-face presentations to potential exhibitors to secure their involvement
  • Ensure that all sales administration is completed to a high standard including letter writing, producing mailings and keep Sales CRM up-to-date
  • Resolve exhibitor issues both in the office and on site
  • Work on-site during the buildup, open period and breakdown of all the shows actively helping clients with their on-site requirements
  • Liaise with marketing, PR and operations to ensure they are kept up-to-date with exhibitor details
  • Understand the functions of other departments encouraging better working practice and maximising overall Company objectives
  • Build relationships with clients, understanding their businesses and marketing needs
  • Accurately report progress through weekly sales reports and forecast revenue projections

Ideal candidate profile:
Highly driven and enthusiastic sales professional who can demonstrate:

  • Strong sales experience in a relevant environment (e.g. exhibitions, publishing, B2B environment etc. Exhibitions would be preferable)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

International Sales Executive
Conference sales executive is responsible for selling our high level summits and conferences over the telephone to decision makers. Research and identify, sell and negotiate with potential clients, delegates and service providers. Match client’s needs and requirements with our products and services before closing potential clients on our company packages. The role of a conference sales executive is to persuade the relevant management in the industry that they simply cannot afford to miss this event.
You will need to be professional and persuasive above all, but any phone sales experience would be an advantage. The team you will be going into is highly successful, so you will need to be able to match the drive and ambition of the current team members. A competitive nature will be rewarded, but a good team focus is also vital. This particular role requires a fluent English speaker both written and oral, although another language can also be useful.

Job Description:
  • At least take 3-month project sales execution in the sales floor
  • Study and analyse certain industry with great concentration
  • Communicate with the industrial experts and elites to collect and analyse the information
  • Take responsibility of all aspects of the conference production and project management,   including business research, topic generation, market identification, program development, copy writing, speaker invitation
  • Work closely with marketing department to implement market campaign
  • Supervise designing of conference brochure and all the promotional documentation for event marketing
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree with Markeing/energy/E-commerce/infrastructure industry 2 years working experience.
  • Good command of oral and written English, at least CET-6 is required
  • The ability to assimilate complex information quickly-Strong analytical research skills

Marketing manager
Key responsibilities and accountabilities  
As Marketing Manager, you will have complete bottom-line responsibility for creating and executing innovative, international marketing plans deploying online and offline direct marketing tactics. Specifically, the role involves: 

  • Conducting detailed response analysis and formulating targeted marketing strategies
  • Forging long-term marketing partnerships with associations and publications 
  • Using a full range of online marketing tactics, including social media, online PR & SEO
  • Moving customers up the advocacy ladder and engaging with them using interactive and content led marketing techniques
  • Querying databases and generating list build strategies
  • Formulating communications strategies, including writing of promotional copy
  • Establishing close working relationships with vendors
  • Working closely with other internal departments to achieve project objectives
  • Hitting agreed targets for direct revenue generation and lead generation whilst controlling the event marketing budget

Required skills and competencies

  • Educated to degree level 2:1 or equivalent
